Cleaning is a task that you want done well by a professional without WORRY.  My goal with this article is simple. Let's bring all of your worries forward and talk about them. I've converted these top worries into a resource called the C3 Due Diligence Checklist. Each customer provides the trash bags, paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. 

What's in our C3 Supply Closet and How Much Space Does it Take Up?

Our C3 supply area will have an upright, canister, or backpack vacuum and all accessories depending on the size of the office. There is a flat mop and mesh laundry bag for cleaners to place dirtied cleaning cloths. Finally, we utilize 1-2 shelves in the closet to store our cleaning cloths, gloves, sponges, and cleaners. These two images show one C3 Supply Closet in a dental clinic. Our C3 Assistant Team Leaders (ATLs) visit customer locations twice per month to do quality control inspections after our cleaners AND to restock all cleaning supplies. The ATL removes the dirty laundry bag and replaces it with a clean one.

​​Cleaning Tote & Duffle

My duffle bag contains my vacuum attachments, paper towels, and other related tools. The parts that have been used at a previous home or office are disinfected before going back into my duffle. Likewise, my cleaning tote includes all of the cleaning supplies needed to complete the cleaning of your home or office. 

I did this interview with Angela Brown of Savvy Cleaner a year ago. Angela is a cleaning industry leader with a daily podcast & YouTube sharing cleaning concepts to cleaners and homeowners. She also runs the Professional House Cleaners private Facebook group with over 15,000 members. It was a ton of fun to talk with Angela about my kids. More specifically, we talked about how to get your kids to clean from a professional cleaning company owner.

In mid 2021, our business model and branding changed from solo house and office cleaning to the Carfagno Commercial Cleaning or the C3 Experience. This article does a good job explaining how one-time pricing differs from recurring, but it is specific to residential or house cleaning. However, there are absolutely parallels to commercial or office cleaning.

This question and article come from a recent phone call with a referral of a realtor. Laura called me to get prices and possibly schedule me for a "Move-Out" cleaning. She had already sold her 4,700 square foot home and wanted to leave the house clean for the new owners. Toward the end of the call, I gave her a full map of what to expect for all future house cleaning options. This really helped Laura a lot, so I asked if I should include the information in an upcoming blog for my website. Laura's response was encouraging. "This is extremely helpful. You're probably wondering how warts are remotely tied into cleaning! I had no idea until meeting our family podiatrist, Dr. Liliya Kalyan. At first, it was just my daughter (see picture above). These warts started showing up on the boys causing my wife to make weekly appointments for all 4! A few weeks ago, I took my daughter and was able to ask some questions as I was very curious. ​
